Goal & Vision
Our Goal
The goal of the group was to move the relationship from a mere social support group to a more spiritually-based group, where we could in addition to social events bear one another burden in a spiritual manner by praying together, making ourselves and our homes a model, a perfect example on earth, a living proof of God’s standard. This was to be achieved by having rotational prayers on the last Sunday of every month from 4pm – 5:30pm. Prayer altars would be raised for our individual Christian race, our homes and families, prayer concerns, build up our spiritual walk by sharing the word of God, provide counsel, guidance and be each other’s keeper. The Word of God and His testament would be our springboard. We would like the apostles of old, share communion by breaking bread from house to house every month, in singleness and gladness of heart to keep the bond and flame of fellowship burning (Act 2:46).
