Monthly Meetings
The group has continued to maintain its monthly rotational meetings in each member’s home from January to November. December is usually left free to take care of the annual party or dinner. A monthly rotational rooster schedule is prepared and shared upfront by the exco for one year. Meetings are now held on the 1st Sunday of every new month unless otherwise amended due to exigencies. A meeting agenda roaster is also prepared for meeting. Agenda content preparation is usually done by sister-members.
TBF Meeting Content
Meeting content include: opening prayer, prayer sessions, testimonies, extending fellowship to present and absent members, topical discussion points, guest of the day, adoption of minutes, discussion of any other business (AOB), sometimes spiced with couple fun activities, discussion of critical issues concerning members or by extension concerned parties, celebrations and prayer for hosts and the month celebrants etc.
